What do you eat when you are trying to lose weight? I have been eating a lot more fiber and trying to get in healthy protein. I have been trying to use the calories I eat in the most healthy ways possible. I also eat sugar free popsiccles and jello.
What do you eat and what are your treats?

Please take a look on the count of calories. If you can make it and balance the calories, then the body can maintain its balanced weight neither less or high.

Well one thing I've been doing over the last couple of weeks is not eating sugar, AT ALL. And I have seen alot of progress from it. I've already lost about 6 1bs. and the best part is I don't feel like I'm not eating. And you can still eat amazing foods just read the labels on the back of things and you'll see how much sugar is in the food products you buy.
So avoid sugar as much as possible. As well as anything with high fructose corn syrup.
And also, don't eat your carbs, fats, and fruits together. Keep it all of one per meal. That gets your metabolism moving smoother and faster. It really works!
I am not sure if this is how she spells her name but Suzanne summers is the name of the specific diet I'm doing. And I've been enjoying it and losing weight.
Plus,I have a major sweet tooth and she gives great recipes for desserts that youwould think wouldn't be good for you, but they are all sugar free!
So I hope this helped. Good luck :)

I usually end up eating a lot of fruit but I always feel deprived. Like right now I've just started going vegetarian and you wouldn't believe the craving I have for a ham and cheese sandwich right now!

I eat a lot of fruit when I try to diet. I have a big sweet tooth and that's usually what ruins my diet so I would stock up on fruits and eat that when I'm craving some sugar. In the summer where it's hard to stay away from desserts since the warm weather makes me want to relax, I would get a infinite supply of peaches so I would always have something to munch on when I get cravings.

When I'm on a diet to lose weight in the short term, I make sure all my calories are from solid foods. In other words, instead of drinking orange juice, I eat an orange, or instead of a bowl of chicken soup, I have grilled chicken. I substitute a cup of non-fat cottage cheese for a glass of milk and stir my Grapenuts into plain yogurt. The only liquid I consume is plain water, and plenty of it. Don't know exactly why, but it works.
