I just found out I can freeze my grated zucchini

I was talking to my mom in law on the phone, asking her for her mountain dew cake recipe and I told her I had just grated some zuchinni up, so I can make my Husband some zucchini bread/muffins.. She had gave me the recipe about a month ago and everyone loved it... she told me that I can freeze my grated zucchini, if I had alot and that way I can make it anytime I want, not just when it is in season.. and it works out great for me because I was using the last zuchinni we had from the garden . so now I will be able to make Zucchini bread in the winter and it will already be grated.. grating is the hardest part for me anyways..
