9/11 World trade center attak? Where were you when the twin towers were crashed

i was at school, and we were all called in to the school gym and we were told about what had happened and we all said prayers for the victims and their families. it was a truly sad day even here in england. it affected everyone world wide and it will never be forgotten.

i remember the feelings and emotions i felt that day, but i could not possibly describe them. They were like nothing i had ever felt before. Sadness, anger, would just be an understatement.

Also, it was not just on september 11th 2001 that many people died. Everything that has come since, with the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Thousands more have died. That was the start of it all and that is why it is something that will always be remembered.

i was just at home. doing nothing. actually i was sleeping and when i woke there is already this news on ccn on my cable in the philippines about the attack. it didn't cross my mind that this was some sort of terrorist attack. i thought it was just an airplane accident and so the world thought also. and were just shocked to heard it on the news that they were actually a terrorist attacked and i was more chocked to see the twin towers went down to ashes and debris. it was a totally crazy day in the world not only to US. it was more like a movie i have seen like in superman part 1 where the world was collapsing and superman tried to save the world. as the scene showed only US in that movie cause obviously it was a US movie.

never thought some things we thought we can only on movies could happen in real life.

I was at college.So i dont know about this. when i came to my home my brother watching about this attack on TV,i was shocked people are jumping from the building.What can i do at that time i just continued watching TV whole the day.Very sad.

Although I am quite far from where it happened I felt the impact of it from where I am. i was just newly married at that time and we were about to have our first trip to our home province and when we woke up early morning that was the first news that flashed on TV news. That was horrifying experience and it was really sad to see that the twin towers went down just like that. We went on calling our relatives that live there and just happy to know that none of them was harmed by the incident. Although they were all shocked to see it happened before their eyes.

That was a terrible time. I remember I was in my eighth month of pregnancy with my first child. I was working at the time and remember everyone just stopped what they were doing and kind of zoned out. No one could believe what was happening here. I was so upset and stressed that I was worried something would happen to my baby. I hope that we never have something terrible like that happen again.

I was at work. I remember the first tower coming down as I watched TV. I cried out that the tower had come down. Everyone in the office was watching and they all said it could not have come down. What an awful, awful day. My heart just broke when I saw the second plane go into the towers.

In April of the next year, I chaperoned for a high school choir trip to New York. We walked the long line of fences covered with "have you seen" pictures and pleas for loved ones and hats from police, fire, etc. I did not talk to one person in New York who did not know someone that had died in this attack. We were allowed to go up on the platform for a short time to view the devastation. There was so much sadness there it was overwhelming. I so love our country and this hurt so deeply that so many innocent people lost their lives that day.

i was in my grand mothers house when our one of the far of relative came running and told about the 9/11 attack. people were satisfied as well as sad too as innocent people got killed.
and satisfied becoz people here hated Bush like anything, so a word should be given to him like that.
i believe that this attack happened to give an answer to america especially to Bush who seemed to feel himself as the boss of the world.

remember I was in highschool during 9/11 I was either a sophmore or junior dont remember exactly. I didnt find out untill I got to homeroom because it was on the tv and my friend told me what happend and I was confused didnt know what was going on and shocked to. I remember watching the news pretty much for the rest of the week after that day.
