PlanetFeedback.com is a website and community dedicated to making communications between customers with other customers and businesses easier. The communication can be a compliment or a complaint.

This website forwards your complaint or complement to the business in question after placing said complaint or compliment into a standard-generated form letter. Here is what the form letter looks like after I removed the individual contents of a letter I sent to a business. (PlanetFeedback.com cannot however control the responses of individual businesses. It only provides addresses and assistance in letter writing)
