It is really irritating to use the computer. i have to plug the cable of the keyboard, the mouse, the monitor and the webcam. and so beside my computer is also my television and it has cable connection too and other cables i have with my other appliances. What do you with your cables around your place so that they will not be that irritating and will not be too hassle.

I take care of them in a good manner if not something will get disconnected and then all the problem starts. I have rolled them so that they do not get separated. They are rolled in a better way so that they do not get entangled. With my 5.1 channel speakers i have passed the wires inside the circuit box so that they are not visible.

Friend i think so that nothing can be done with the computer cables as they are behind and does not create any mess.

Hello My modem is wireless one, it does not need connection to computer, all the cables to the computer come through pvc tubes embedded in the wall, and i have bunched the wires on the back side, does not look bad.. Thanks for this post. God bless you. Cheers Happy posting. Prof

yeah i wish i have those pvc tubes to hide these wires so that they won't be visible to the eyes. a friend recommended that to me but i didn't want to spend money for that. and also i was not sure if how often i will move my computer so it is not good to have those cable hidden inside that pvc tube.

This is something that has been troubling me for so long. Though my computer has its own place far from my tv but still there are too many wires dangling from all sides of my table. I hope one day they can come up with some new way of minimizing the cable to use only one cable that feeds to the monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

i would love that if there will be only one cable for all the computer set. but i wnoder if that will happen. anyways, only them , the inventors will be able to decide. like some cpu that looks like a laptop that does not have different cables like we do with our cpu.

Oh I hate so it when cables are all tangled up.. My laptop is also placed near the TV and the component and they are all plugged in on one extension cord. And though visitors don't see it, I don't like it when they are all messed underneath or behind the table. It irritates me especially if I have to sweep the floor and the cables are all on the floor. I try to tie each one of them to shorten the cables so it doesn't get tangled with the others. I bought a plastic like wire that is used as cable straps. It does looks more organized. I also try to keep everything in place and so I don't have to unplugged one to plug the others every time I need to use the laptop, TV or component. It's just easier that way. But sometimes, they still get tangled and I just have to be patient in fixing them. Ciao!

but do you have to plug your laptop together with other appliances cause it is dangerous to your laptop if just drop on the floor cause the calbe of it got tangle up on other cables. so it is safer to charge your laptop using other extension and far from other gadgets or appliances.

I put those extra cables by tying them beside the computer tables so that they would not hang loose or mixed mixed with others wires. Using desktop requires a lot of space and I prefer to use laptops with few wires on it, it has also built in camera that I would ot bother to use movable cameras..

that is what i like about laptop too. but i can't afford to buy a laptop so i just stick with my cpu. i love my cpu. though it has lots of cables but at least i don't have to spend a lot to buy it. anyways, cpu besides the many cables is a bulky too.

Hey this is something irritating most of us face I also, but what to do its a part these cables are becoming our blood vessels because we are going to have them till we get systems invented and designed to perform all duties with out cables..you off course have the choice to get a wireless keyboard an d mouse but what about other things you have to join the systems through cables like the main machine to monitor to usb to modem to ups etc etc....so impasse...may this techie giant give us cordless systems soon with cheap prices...

yeah. that is what i hope that will be invented soon so that we won't need to have those cables that are making our lives pretty messy and difficult. but i don't know when if that will be possible. like we can have cordless monitor and in other gadgets like cordless tv cables. it will save us lots of needed space in our home.
