They Don't know What to Do .. They Think They Can Start Discussions Without Really Knowing The Purpose Of Starting A Discussion Or Understanding the Meaning of the Words Used In the Discussion .. I Have Come Across Such Discussions And I Am Shocked At the Number Of Responses that Discussion Gets .. Have you Come Across Similar Discussions, Well If you Have Please Respond ..

Hi Prash, well on this one it is actually a bit difficult to understand what exactly you mean, as Lamby pointed out. I think you mean quick titles which don't read very clearly but are maybe quick to answer with no thought required. They get lots of responses because it is a question and answer section and not a discussion, a discussion needs interaction and comments and a lot of people do not know how to do that. They simply post a topic header hoping to make cents without actually knowing what a discussion is. Lots of mylotters also find them very handy at months end to respond to to try and get payout by upping their post count. The number of responses is not the key to a good discussion as one may only have say 7 responses but a good interactive discussion ensues which would earn more than the basic question and answer system, which is why it is always so important to comment back on all responses.

Yes, You Said it - A Good interactive Discussion( You Should Comment On All Responses ) .. THea .. See If you Can Understand - Some People Start A Discussion Without Actually Understanding the Question They Put Across .. They Are Open For Contradiction .. It is Simply Not the Truth .. These Discussions Which the Responders Know Is Not the Truth Do Get A Lot of responses and The Discussion Goes On .. This is What Am Trying to Say ..

Ah but I responded to one of these, a little bit different but similar. A poster opened a topic with incorrect information and requesting views on this, the responders agreed with what she'd said. I came along and told her flat out that her information was incorrect which she was telling all these people about but they'd all agreed with her as knew nothing about it except what she'd told them so they all agreed. It wasn't their views as they had no views, they just agreed with the view of a situation she gave them and none of them knew the FACTS. Sometimes it helps to have those before one opens a discussion.

Every time It Helps Thea .. I Mean How Can A Discussion starter Expect The Responders to Believe The Truth .. It is Ethically Wrong To Start A Discussion Of This Manner .. I Think We Should Report Such .. As For Me I Don't Know How to Report ..

I come across these discussions all the time, and it makes me wonder why some people are allowed to own a computer, or sign up to foreign language forums, in languages which they obviously never learned. I saw your profile, and saw that you are not in an english speaking country, yet, your English is fantastic!!! Cheers to those from everywhere, who know how to speak the language, and who start and respond to interesting discussions.

Yes .. This Is Even What I feel .. If you Cannot Use The Language Never Start A Discussion .. You Are Eligible To Respond But Not A Start A Discussion If you Are Not Comfortable With The Language .. You Can Always Start A Discussion When Your Language Is Communicable to Others .. Thanks For the Response ..
