Do you have 'facebok friends'?

By that I mean friends that you have made just through facebook...as I call them fb friends or facebook friends. If so, how many do you have in proportion to your overall 'real' friends on facebook? And how did you make those fb friends? For me I made mine mostly through playing the Owned! game and I have 2-3 dozen - probably about 15-20% of my friends on facebook are 'facebook friends'. How about you?

I have about 150 "real" friends on Facebook . . . and out of those, only 2 are what you call "Facebook friends". I normally do not add anyone I do not know personally, but I made these couple exceptions - no rhyme or reason, I just took a chance was all.
The first person was head of a Facebook group that I joined . . . she introduced herself and it went from there. We're not exactly friends - but every now and then we'll exchange comments as we found we have more than just one common interest!
The second person found me via another friend's memorial page . . . again, because of the same common interest. She is so into herself, and seems to be a name collector on Facebook. I could easily delete this person, but I haven't had the heart to do it yet.

Haha...that gave me a laugh for some reason. I think the concept of a 'name collector' made me laugh and also a person being so into herself...how many people are like that? So many in my experience. But that you haven't got the heart to delete her...I don't know - it just tickles me. I stopped adding facebook friends a while ago because I stoipped being so into the social games like Owned! and Gang Wars but for some reason I've kept those fb friends on board - again I hate cutting people off even perfect strangers. Some of my fb friends are just that. I never even speak to them.

calai - i can't believe you have such a high proportion of fb friends! My real friends and family already think i'm crazy because i even have fb friends and have even met a couple in person (which they think is even crazier - they relly think i'm a loon!) I'm impressed with your performance and audacity!

i think mines about half and half!! there r a chozen few of each side i only talk to though!
