only coffee or full breakfast

I just do drink coffee sometimes. But most of the time I do full breakfast. Breakfast must always be greater than Lunch and Dinner. This is where you gain your energy for the whole day. As the day pass by, You should reduce your meal. Dinner must be as simple as it could be. That's a healthy diet but I usually have a better meal during dinner, so I can't follow it:/

hi jen as there is a way in between, not only basic coffee and toast and no full breakfast. lol
I have to get up at 4 am and commute 4 hours to work with trains so I fix myself a healthy sandwich at home as 4 am is a bit too early for breakfast.
I have that sandwich on my way to work usually about 6:30 when I am on the train that gets me directly to the town where I work.
Coffee follows later when I am at the office about 9:30.
On weekends my eating routine is not much different. I sleep in so I have breakfast somewhere between 10 and 11 am then but its also sandwiches, and on Sundays we have boiled eggs with them.

it depends, if im on a hurry ill only drink coffee but if i still have time then i took full breakfast. its nice to have full breakfast to have enough energy to start your day.

Naturally breakfast is coffees and cigarettes, who in their right mind would want to wakd up at the crack of dawn and start making hot dogs or rice instead of starting the day properly with coffee and cigarettes, and even if one was lucky enough to have someone stupid enough to get up and cook them a hotdog for breakfrast who in their right mind would want to eat it.
