Only had a Dad?

i had two parents a wonderful mom and a lyinghypocrite of a dad who molested me at age 7and got away with it.only one time as I took care to never ever be alone with him in the house not ever. I left at 17,and I had to quit hating him when I got married as it was making me physically ill.my hubby said forgive him even though you wont be able to forget what he did.so I did and it was a burden lifted from myshoulders. hatred just maked you ill.

My father was a son to a wonderful couple who unfortunately are dead now, he is the second son in a family of five children, having two brothers and two sisters more. He loves my mother and this is one of the best thing they have done in marrying after.

I love a man and my dad is totally against as the man is of a different religion so my father is constantly telling me to leave the man which I cannot do because of a religious concept.

My father thinks I am disrespecting him by seeing the man even today. I know my father will accept but maybe in some more years which I am willing to wait because I love my father a lot.

He is the one to ask me to do my LLB degree as he loves the law career so this is what makes him proud of me now.
