I don't believe they should be divided by their IQ, but by what they do with the IQ they have. IQ is only part of the equation: imagination, motivation, capacity for work, talent, these and probably many other things must be taken into account.
For the record, my IQ is 148, but I lacked motivation and capacity for work until my mid 50s, after which I went to university and got a PhD. Putting me into a class for advanced intelligences as a teenager would have been quite pointless.
