I guess my-lot will soon delete such discussion as it is against the rule posting such maths problem discussion which needs only one line answer.

it is not completely divided by 4

The question is asking what 4-digit number is divisible by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8, 9, and 10 without a remainder. The answer cannot be 1890 because this number is not divisible by 4.

To get this, you need a number that has all the numbers 1 through 10 as factors:
= 10 (2*5)* 9 (3*3)* 8 (2*2*2)* 7 (7*1)* 6 (2*3)* 5 (5*1)* 4 (2*2)* 3 (3*1)* 2 (2*1)*1
= 10*9*8*7
= 5040

(Explanation: "6" you don't need because "9" already has "3" and "10" already has "2". And so on and so forth for 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1) This is just one possible answer though. I believe there are other answers.
