PARIS my ultimate travel destination!

Same here.. Paris is like a total romantic city, and it would be great to go there with our love ones; even with family members and friends. I would love to go to Maldives or other islands which have gorgeous resorts. Oh yeah, another resort I would so love to check out would be the Kalahari Resort, that would be so, so awesome if I ever get the chance to..

me too! i have been wanting to go to paris since i was a little kid. i have read books and watched a lot of movies that featured it and i think the place is worth visiting. i want to learn the language, experience the culture and meet the people.

Hi kixsh. I've been to Paris a couple of times, once as a child and the last time about twelve years ago. It's the kind of place where you do want to rush off and see the famous landmarks but there are some lesser known places which are worth seeing as well as the obvious. For instance the Louvre has crowds waiting to get in and is busy inside too, but definitely worth a visit, whilst the lesser known Orangery which houses many Monets gives one peace to really enjoy it.
MontMarte in the evening is a must, with the famous square where all the artists sit portrait painting, and I remember well eating snail there with a wonderful view overlooking the whole city.
The French in general like to pretend they don't understand any English but lighten up a bit if you attempt a little bit of Frech, and we lucked out by running into a French opera singer who gave us an evening tour of Paris and dragged us back to his sixth floor apartment for dinner.

I have been to Paris twice, but not since I was 15. I really want to go back again some day. I always wanted to go back with my cousin and at one time actually had the money to do it, but she did wanted to work instead. Ended up spending the money on a new computer instead and now I do not even make enough to live off of, so I do not imagine it is going to happen for a long time. We went together for our first time when I was 13 and she was 11. We climbed to the first floor of the Eiffel Tower while our grandma waited at the bottom. We really want to go back and climb to the second level and maybe then take the elevator to the actual top.

Oooh, Paris is indeed a great city. I just love how romantic this city is, especially the Eiffel Tower scenery at night where the lights shine brightly and the building surround Paris is just soooo classic. When I go by Metro, the street singers are old couple playing violin which made the romantic mood even more. Louvre is a hugggeee museum, one day alone might not be enough to enjoy through all the lavish paintings and statues.

Wow, Paris! Travelling in Paris is also one of my dream vacations. This is part of my vision board. I'd love to visit the wonderful tourist destinations within Europe.
