Does everyone go through a mid-life crisis? I'm not only 24, but I'm curious to know if you think everyone goes through a mid-life crisis or if that's just an excuse for people. Do you think it happens to men and women or one more than the other? Have you experienced a mid-life crisis? How long do they last?

I think some people do, but not all people, and yes, it can affect men, i think even more than women, to be honest.

There comes a time in life when you realize you have less tome left than you have already lived. Fer instance, in your 20's you can assume you have another 60 years left. In your 30'syou still have 50 years left. In your 40's, you half way there, in your 50's, you're losing time. it can freak some people out.

Actually, I don't know about mid-life crisis. But I think it's the stage everybody must passed by and face to. So I'm having a class about psychology to learn more about man's thoughts. I think if you are really curous about it. You can read some books on psychology. It may be helpful for you.

I just turned 30, and I think I'm going through my mid-life crisis early. It's like you just stop one day and say, "hey. I'm not a kid anymore. There is so much that I have wanted to do, and I'm not going to be able to do all of it. I'll be lucky to accomplish half of it." I know I'm not old, but I feel like I am. I am a single mom of 4, and by the time the kids grow up and I actually get time to accomplish half of what I have wanted to, I will be too old to do it. My youngest child is only 5 months, and I have to put all four of them through college and get them set up on their own before I can even attempt to worry about me. I have yet to see either of my parents go through this. If they have, then they have a good way of hiding it.
