look for someone whom you think is rich and ask from him/ her:D. but my suggestion would be: find a job, earn money, look for opportunities, search for cheap computers, ask friends where to buy one, save money, and be inspired.:D so that you can have one:D

Find a place locally that provides computers for schools and see if they will let you work there for a while in return they may give you a computer.

We have Computers For Schools here and when I was still teaching computer proficiency I would take students there to learn more and most of them would end up with a used computer. They actually put together their own computers and learn quite a bit.

Unfortunately you are not a resident of my country. Over here there are various organisations which provide scholarships or study loans to students who fulfill the requirements. Students who score well in their previous examination are given MYR3,000 to purchase a laptop.

Maybe someone in your country should start asking around if the same thing is not being done in your country. In the meantime you can make inquiries to the big corporations, and to organisations like Christian groups (I assume you are a Christian, if not forgive me) and the Rotary Club.
