Sprouts

Sprounts can be mixed with any green salad and add a crunchy wonderful feeling. I love them. Try ir with an iceberg lettuce, rucule, avocado salad. Yummy

Bean sprouts are good. I eat them raw wherever possible. Sometimes we have it cooked with taofu. At other time we eat them place in a taufoo called a 'taufoo sumbat'.The fillings would be sprouts with sweetened chili sauce. I sometimes take alfalfa sprouts. Costly thing!

My mouth is just watering when I go through your discussion.
But,these days because of busy and unhealthy life,no one can spare time to eat such a good food. And no one has time. Everyone is running short of time and cleverly they are seeing and waiting for an equivalent item.
Only persons who concentrate on good health will prefer to eat.

Lots of people hate sprouts, i mix them with grilled bacon bits, and herbs, and olive oil, they taste yummy, and are very good for you.
I say, dress up a sprout! LOL, and they can be lovely to eat.:)

I love sprouts! I like bean sprouts and alfalfa sprouts (i like alfalfa best) usually I mix them in salads but I also put them on my sandwiches,instead of lettuce or with lettuce on occasion there very inexpensive and of course very healthy in the grocery store where I live they also have spicy sprouts my husband likes that kind not me though I prefer the plain one day I think I'll make a vegetable omelet and put some sprouts in them I bet thats good!

I am trying to reduce my weight and have decided to adopt a healthy diet,I will eat more sprouts as it is very good for health.

Yes,sprouts are very healthy and nutritious.If u mix all these things and make salad then add a little bit of lemon in it then it will we more tasty.

Yes,Sprouts are the rich source of Proteins.Combination of sprouts n apple tastes good.I love to eat Sprouts alon with apple.
