Hi,gymnastics,I like trying different kinds of tea.I have read so much about the benefits of green tea I take it often-without adding milk. I have tried lemon tea,mint tea,cardamom tea.Also have taken chocolate flavor tea.Of all the teas I have taken,I didn't like strawberry flavored tea.

hi,I also have heard that about vitamin c.However, while I don't take any vitamin supplement,I eat lot of fruits including the citrus fruits.Usually I don't get colds easily.

Hi,though i enjoy eating ice cream with company,I like eating ice creams while watching tv or reading.As I am a little overweight I don't eat much ice cream nowadays.

hello manong,a very relevant subject.I try to save the use of electricity as much as I can.I have made it a habit of switching off fans and lights whenever they are on unnecessarily.Have reduced the time the oven is working.Though I have reduced the ironing,I have not taken into account the fact that fat irons use more electricity.
