late night munchies

I normally have crisps as a late night snack although I try not to eat late at night as I am trying to lose my baby weight which seems impossible to shift at the moment. Or chocolate is a good on but it needs to be Galaxy!! mmmm love Galaxy!

I tend to get the late night munchies on a regular basis. I really have no preference as to what I eat. Some nights I crave dairy products such as cheese, yogurt or ice cream. Other nights I could eat a slice of cold pizza and yet another night I crave something crunchy like a handful of nuts or a bowl of cereal. Since you like ice cream, next time why don't you try adding something salty and crunchy with it such as nuts or crushed up pretzels. The sweetness and the softness of the ice cream coupled with the crunchiness and saltiness of the other food is very flavorful.

For my late night snack, i am always having a banana split and sometimes crisps or cookies. You can try to search online for the new snacks for night time. I think you gonna fnd some tasty snacks.
