How to make my bones more strong?  | | My bones are very weak, or at least I think that they are. I have started taking some Calcium supplements to make them more strong. Is there any special exercise that can help me make my bones stronger? Please help.

well even i have got this problem.Take calcium tablets 3 times a day as well take milk every morning and evening.Try to take green vegetables and fruits which has iron content as well as full with calcium.take egg and light meat too.

You need to have more Zinc in your body so your blood also healthy and you can get it from green vegetables. I've read on a health magazine if calcium supplements can't really give us enough calcium. We also need to have enough sports exercise so we can keep our body health. The problem is too much calcium can give us another bad thing. It's not good for our urinary system and also not good for our kidney. Kidney stone could be created from over calcium in our body. So the most important thing is if you are taking some calcium supplements, you also need to have enough exercise so your body can circulating the calcium in your body optimally. I know that all of us want to have strong bones. But it's not an easy way to achieve since we all now have alot of drinks which can damaging our bones. Then if you are looking for a good culcium suplement. I think it's better for you to drink fresh milk everyday because fresh milk do have more nutrition than the other milk which is no longer be fresh.
Then if you are thing a good exercise everyday to make your bones strong. I think it's better for you to stretch every morning. Then everynight it's better for you to sleep at the right time to avoid late waking up in the morning. Well, that's all my tips! Hope you appreciate it. Have a good day!
