which pizza cheese should be used?

can u tell me which mozzarella and cheddar cheese can be used.amul or some other. how much does it cost? in what perportion i should use it. half half or some other

I would figure about two thirds mozzarella to one third cheddar. Since I don't know how big the pizza will be, you just need to figure that if you were using, say, a cup of cheese 2/3 of the cup would be mozzarella and 1/3 would be the cheddar. You can adjust the amount of cheese to the size of the pizza and how cheesy you like your pizza. I like mine with plenty of cheese so I would use a lot more.

I am not too sure how much the cheese would cost in India, in California the mozzarella costs around $2-3 a pound and the cheddar is around the same price. The mozzarella is skim milk mozzarella and would be marked as mozzarella cheese. If it isn't marked as such then it isn't authentic mozzarella and you won't get the results you really want.
