Work from home...

wow... That's a dream job. Care to share your office address? I really wants a job where I can have a flexible working hours. Thanks=)

just like a member of SOHO,,,pretty good! but maybe it is not fit me yet, i can't control myself all the time, if i worked at home, maybe i can't stick to work all the working time, if i delay my work because of this, maybe i can lose my job. but anyway, i don't need to worry about that, as i don't have that conditions to work at my home and my boss will not agree with that...lol...

It is so good to work from home as you can even work in your pyjama sometimes and no need to rush up in the morning to go to either catch a bus or take the car, no one is around and you are free also to have your lunch time. I also wish to have such a job but now I have to work in an office.

That's great to work from home and not visit the office on a regular basis.Yes the time saved while commuting and making oneself presentable can be better utilized.I used to work in an office quite a while ago.At present i'm on my own and i visit certain government offices to get information regarding my work.I go only when i need to and its not a regular 9-5 job.

That's cool. I would also love to have that kind of job. I really want a job in which I am in control of my time. I thought it was only possible if I will put up my own business.

This is great to have a job where you can stay home and still be able to work. Don't have to worry about getting dressed and rushing to the office. I have worked at several office positions in my lifetime but could never land a job that I could do from home. Not so certain I could manage my time as well at home as I did when I was actually in the office. Guess I would need more self discipline.

It is a bit more laid back. I work from home also. It's nice, but you need to go back to getting dressed (at least halfway from waist up) in the event that you have to eMeet. I kind of learned the hard way. ("Emergency" meeting).

I find that when I'm dressed for "work" anyway, I'm a little better focused. It puts me in a professional state of mind (but with better access to the coffee pot). Mind you, I don't wear NEARLY the makeup that I used to and I don't dress "up", but I don't wear my jammies either. Unless I know that I'm going to be completely off the grid for meetings or such things, I don't wear my tees.

I definitely miss some of the interaction with coworkers, but not all of it. There are times at home, JUST LIKE at the office, where it's hard to concentrate (there's always a fire to put out somewhere, at either location).

Does work provide you with the necessary tools for netmeetings?

It's so lucky for you, owned a so wonderful work. I am a little bit envious to your job:) I think work from home means much more free than in office, either physically or mentally.But I still have some concerns, is your job easy? or bear very big pressure?
And if you work like this way for a long term, I mean just stay home alone everyday, do you feel the communication with other people reduces, do you think this affect your life or bad impact to your life?

Wow. That's a really cool job. So what is it that you do exactly? I am forever hoping that I could find a job where I can just work from home, and just be control of my own time.. Though office work is still okay, cause you meet a lot of people, specially with my kind of job...
