Moods - What makes you happy throughout the day?  

yes yes yes. i have a three year old son an he makes me happy and smile when i feel sad. when i am angry about something or a situation i just hug him and kiss him and every feeling evaporates. its cool it does evaporates. a good cup of coffee change my mood too or a sip of cold cola on a hot day. a sccop of icecream can do the trick too. but that someone is my son

Happy all the time...for that matter throughout the day...it is unimaginable for most people in this era of trials and tribulations in plenty.

For me if I could speak even one time with anyone who is special to me for hours, that would make me happy throughout the day and fighting or having an argument with anyone, probably with any special one would ruin my whole day. And I really don't like it when I am in a bad mood, so I try to stay away from such arguments and stuff that would turn my mood off.

Generally, I count my blessings every day and am grateful for everyone and everything in my life. I start with my wonderful wife. Snuggeling with my dogs makes me happy. Spending time with my friends makes me happy. Seeing my garden grow and mature, getting a clean bill of health, closing a deal, seeing family after many years (they live on another continent), listening to my favorite music. Looking at a piece of art, which I was finally able to purchase and hang on my wall. Transforming a run down house into a cute, clean and very pretty home. Eating my favorite food and top it off with chocolate. Sitting at the Ocean, pondering it's vastness and power makes me happy. Mostly simple things. I had the rich husband, the jet lifestyle and all the amenities, but that is not what makes you happy, it makes you comfortable.
When one of the dogs that I have fostered is adopted out to a safe and loving home, I am very happy!!! Happy myLotting to you!
