Hey,
Well I think that Acer laptops aren't really that bad. I have only used an Acer laptop once when I was borrowing it for some reason. I think that they could improve the build quality, but the rest of it was quite good. I recommend Asus though. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I have used only Dell laptops but I have closely seen Acer laptops as they were distributed as our college as a compulsory possession.
Dell notebooks are quite good performance, looks and durability wise. The only drawback I have seen is the fast wearing out of their batteries.
Acer notebooks are cheap and come with more feature but I have seen most of my college mates coming out with some hardware problems after 2-3 years of use, which included RAM, LCD and hard disk problems.
I will give Acer a 6 out of 10 and Dell a 8 out of 10.

As a home product Axer is good, because of its price and specifications. That is most probably why it is the number laptop in Asia. As a matter of illustration out of 24 laptops detected in my area, 15 are Acer.
Compared to Dell and HP, Acer seems to be the least durable. Malfunctioning inbuilt web cam and DVD player seem to be common.
My conclusion is that Acer products are not meant for heavy use.
Acer currently comes with Vista, but users can have it changed.

Hello, I'm an IT staff.
HP high-end notebook, laptop performance, good quality, good design and generous, more men tend to use, including special out of Miss Bai Se machine, because the fuselage large, I feel that men use more points. Cost more satisfied
Low, middle and high-end Acer notebooks, cost-effective alternative is not very satisfactory, not very extensive product range, quality is also good
I strongly recommend IBM
IBM world-class products to send, the quality is absolutely excellent, here tell you the characteristics of three different university departments under it, R, Department of the higher cost for students to use, compare thick, X system, ladies and use, relatively thin, cost-effective, of course is low, T University, a world-class synonymous with the most high-end notebooks, all-titanium foreign visitors, unique in the world series, the hard drive protection system, including fingerprints, Bluetooth system, discrete graphics, suitable for business people to use,

i have used dell and HP
i find dell to heavy and bulky and slighlty expensive
i feel tht HP is far better than other computers in terms of cost, size, weight, features and all.also the company provides international warranty, so u can fix even if u buy it frm one country and fix it in another.HP also has a really good after sales service ,in fact in my city i have like 15 outlets to fix the laptop.they are prompt in fixing ur laptops n the most they take is abt 2-3 days to fix it
i recommend HP

I rank Acer 9 out of 10 among all other brands. I happen to use Acer Aspire 4530 laptop and I am very satisfied with it's performance. Acer is very reliable, sturdy, nice looking and a very nice performer. And also, for less then 650$, they have put in a nVidia 9100M graphics solution into it and so, I run good deal of games on it too. But the battery backup is not too much long as it might be with other laptops, but that is due to this heavy graphics and the way i use.

i did'nt use any acer laptop. I use my cousin's Dell laptop. But i have some information about both. Acer is beautiful product always, have more utilities and cheaper as compare to Dell, Compaq etc. But people want quality and they found it in Dell and Compaq etc. Are you agree? Dell is rich in quality products.
