The recent moon mission from India Chandrayan which had instruments developed by NASA
detected traces of water on the moon.It is a fine example of collaboration between the Indian Space mission and NASA.Do you think the presence of water and Hydrogen which can be used as fuel will encourage countries to set up colonies or space station on the moon?

yes, water is a sign of life and its possible that in future may be the moon will be like our earth and many people will live there too.
water is the basic need and that confirms the availability of life forms on earth or possible life in future which may support life forms.

Yes, it boggles the mind. But it is in another Galaxy. We do not know whether there is life. Is it really water? Can we get a probe soon to take the water sample? I do not see that happening in a long while as our science and technology is not of that level yet.
