That the hotel is for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians that means both the preparations cook & serve at one place. And he got doubt that they may use the same vessels/plates for both veg & non-veg.Is it possible to devide vegetarian and non-vegetarian completely?

I think there's always going to be a small amount of cross-contamination. If your lucky, it will be very little. The truth is that we vegetarians (yes, I am a vegetarian) usually don't care about the cross-contamination. For example, while a lot of meat and non-meat food is packaged in the same company's warehouses - and so on the product package it will say "may contain trace amounts of..." or "packaged in same area as...". The truth is, most vegetarians will NOT die if they eat a fraction of an ounce of meat or animal-derivative. The main point of being vegetarian is that your intentions are in the right place, and that you're not consuming in meat or animal derivatives - meaning that you're almost BOYCOTTING buying meat, and therefore demand goes down, and then so does supply (and so less animals get killed). A lot of people think in these circles.

Hi,thank you for your analytical response.I appreciate you, eventhough you are vegetarian you said openly that nothing will happen,if eat fraction of non-veg.Some veg people won't agree openly with some ego, eventhough they eat the same from same hotel.I like your thinking ,all the best and happy mylotting.
