I think our's ego may involve in this character.We don't take other's good qualities,achievements as their plus points.Do ou accept the as they are superior to us?

I accept others who are superior to me if they present themselves well without being sarcastic. They must prove to me their knowledge of the position they hold though. It is hard to respect someone if they do not present themselves well.
