If it was a bar, it's simple. Just throw a couple of winks. But honestly speaking, I can never trust winks if it comes in a BAR! Heck, I dont trust ANYTHING that comes from a bar.
If it comes from a public place, say, the public library or the park, now.. that is much better. If it's the public library, I'll 'study' what book the guy is reading and try to accidentally bump into him and hope to start a conversation surrounding that book or topic aliking it.
If it is a park, it will be good to have a pet dog around. Pet dogs are really good discussion starter...
The list can go on and on. All it takes is some courage!:)
