New Blog with only Diabetic desserts

Since I have been getting more and more e-mails and phone calls from
people with type 2 diabetis asking for more recipes for desserts, I thought a new blog of "just desserts" for Diabetics was the best way to share these recipes. I have started one at blogger and would like some feedback on what recipes you are looking for. Since my favorite is cheescake(of any kind) there will be quite a few of them. But I am trying to put on this blog what my readers want the most. If you have any low-carb (30g or less) dessert recipes and would like to share it with us, Please let me know and I will add you as a guest author on my blog. In the mean time please let me know what you think of the layout, color, etc.

hi Kowgirl, what an awesome idea. I am diabetic type 2 too and happen to love cheesecake. Sure you have a recipe there for cheesecake without cake dough or cake mix...... I bet you do.

I am putting some more recipes on there right now. I just finished with a flourless chocolate cake. I also love anything chocolate lol I will be putting some cheesecakes on there before the day ends.(I hope) I found a key lime cheesecake recipe I am just dying to try. I made one using lemons and it was delicious. I get some funny looks when people who know I'm diabetic see me eating these desserts every day. I like to test them first to be sure we can eat them. Visit often to see some of other recipes my readers will be sharing with us.

Yeah, my fingers have a mind of their own when I start getting tired. If you have any diabetic desserts you want to share I will make you a guest author on my blog so you can post it on there. I'm still looking for a way to make banana pudding that wont cause a spike in our glucose. Hummm, I may be able to use flourless cookies to make that... I'll try that then post it if it works.
