Yeah, I know how you feel. I never really got into writing reviews. The only site that I ever reached payout and received payment from was comparedby.us and that was about a few months late. I'm not really big into writing long articles for money, but something like myLot, or a blog where I enjoy writing about what I want, is okay.

I've been thinking about that but I am worried about one of the review sites banning me because they think I am plagiarizing someone else's writing. Have you ever got a warning or in trouble for doing that?

Hi Snam, most writing sites accept duplicate content. As long as they did not specifically mention about exclusive rights, you can submit duplicate content.
The trick is to use the same user name everywhere, so that nobody can accuse you of plagiarism.
Helium, Associated Content, Bukisa, Hubpages and many other writing sites do not mind duplicate content.
If you rewrite sufficiently, the content becomes original. I always try to rewrite to make it at least 50% original.
The moment I change from "you want to make money online" to "I like to earn money online", that is basically an original content.

Hi Snam, I have compiled a list earlier on. But you have to check whether the writing sites pay international writers, and how is the payment computes.
I do not have experience in all the various writing sites. Just sticking to a few sites, and two blogs is more than enough writing to keep me busy.

I guess I am getting better on the sites. I think that with both AC and Helium, the more articles you have the better your earnings. I would like to get to the point where my monthly page views can equal the monthly payout, but I think I am still a long way from there. I have about 250 articles on Helium and about 130 on AC. I just saw a friend crossed the 1,000 article mark on Helium, I can't even imagine writing that much!

Hi Art, are you an affiliate of Amazon.com? You should join Amazon.com as affiliate, and then get the widget to paste in your blog.
When the readers read your book reviews, and want to buy the books, they can just click on the Amazon advertisement and buy the book immediately. You will get some commission.
Aside to Snam, dont worry about plagiarism if you use the same user name. Most of us use the same user name, so that we are reflected as the original writer in both writing sites.
All my 300 articles in AC are exact duplicates from Helium. However, the moment I leapfrog the articles in Helium, it's not 100% duplicated content.

I do have an Amazon widget, but I think most people never click on blog ads...or maybe just mine?

Snam23: If you write for Associated Content, you can republish old articles from Helium, for example, as long as they are for page views only. Just be sure that your name on Associated Content matches your name on Helium. Helium will take republished material without any problem. If you publish something EXCLUSIVELY on Associated Content, then you cannot publish it elsewhere. Exclusive rights means it's theirs only. You need to check out whether a site wants exclusive rights or not. Triond, for example, only wants exclusive articles.
