What websites should i join to have more traffic for my website ?(for adsense)

i saw some forums, directories, or i don`t know what there are but some guys told me that they make something there, and they receive 2000 impresions / day at their website and so on . They have told me that thouse are aproved by google and in that way , they make even more money with their website every day . Can you please help me and tell me some of thouse programs ? How do you promote adsense without breaking TOS ?

Traffic generating methods are vital in trying to make one's affiliate marketing career a success. It is always beneficial to plan one's moves in any business. This is very so in affiliate marketing. If one knows how it is possible to get folk to see what they want to see, then he is on the right track.

I don't know because I would really like to increase the traffic on my blog as well. I belong to some traffic exchanges but I don't really spend al ot of time on them so I don't really benefit from our webiste traffic. I would love to get more traffic on my blog.
