I must say I have gotten away from eating out at restaurants as much as I use to. Mostly due to finances but I am also learning that staying home and cooking your own food can be healthier. Still old habits die hard and do go to my certain few places in a pinch or to satisfy my daughter's wishes. McDonald's is one I would go to with no hesitation but now I have a problem with them. I had the fortune or misfortune to see the website http://www.McCruelty.com. Now I know that lots of animals are slaughtered inhumanely for our food and I don't think it is right, especially if they can do better. Animals do have feelings. When I read they they will not even try to talk to their suppliers, it was a turn off to me. I don't advise going to this website if you are a true animal lover, but I do think people need to be aware of what is going on with the food they eat. How do you feel about animals being treated and slaughtered inhumanely just for food?

iam not a die hard vegetarian. i so wish i could be. i really like to have a little meat now and then. people i eat with and my son i cook for really love meat way to much. they have to have it a every meal. but i usually prefer the veggies and pasta parts of food. im afraid to look at the site as im a real animal lover and cant stand to even watch the ASPC commercials. i feel theres nothing i can do to just total stop the abuse. God will make us pay some day for our gluteny. sometimes i think we already do when we are getting sick with meat deseases

I had no idea they were being in-humane to the animals that they get their meat from. That is very sad to hear.
