Yes I agree he was a great leader of India a true advocate of peace and independence not only for his people but for people all over the world. I had no idea its been 60 years since his death .

He truly changed the lives of a great number of people around the world for that he will always be remembered by many.

Mahatma Gandhi, undoubtedly is the greatest leader of Indian independence and probably the greatest advocate of non violence to have ever born on this Earth. He showed the world the way how things can be achieved through non violence. And because of his preachings of non violence, it is no more considered to be a weapon of the cowards and can now be considered as a weapon of the bravest of the braves.
