Hi angemac. What kind of movies do you have?

What you first need to determine is what kind of movies you would like to see. For example, if I want to relax, there´s nothing like a good comedy that can lift the spirits up. For comedy, I would recommend maybe Dont Mess with the Zohan or something in that nature, but if you dont like Adam Sandler you can always switch to stand up comedy or any other comedic sensation.

If you feel like you want a big scare, I recommend you watch "Quarantine". Its not that recent but its quite good to make you jump off your seat a bit. Being October, Halloween and all, scary movies are most popular this time of year. J horror is also good.

If you want a romantic type of movie, well, I aint much of a fan on that, so I wouldnt be able to advice, but normally the ones based in authors are good ones.

If what you want is mostly action, if its funny action, Jackie Chan and stuff, or if its serious action you can check out that other thailand actor that does like Jackie Chan in stunts, but a bit more extreme. Offcourse, any other is cool.

And if you are one of those types of people that would like to have a movie to make you reflect, "House of Sand and Fog" is a good one.


There are a lot of good movies outthere, but if you figure out wich gender you would like to see, the rest comes easy.

"Next" is a really good movie with Nicholas Cage. I watched it last week. I mostly watch old movies made before 1940 so I don't know much about the new ones. Hope you had a great evening!

My favorite simple horror for all time is The Others, do you remember Nicole Kidman? And for the classic horror for all time is Night On Elm Street. Freddy Krueger Nightmare. I was waiting for 11PM when still grade school or middle school, just to watch it (alone...). The best comedy are Blades Of Glory, the best! Best thriller is The Mist by Stephen King.

I'm probably too late, but depending on what genera you like and want to watch, if you are fan of the screwball comedy, there are the classics, the Charlie Chaplins and Mel Brooks (the new Producers isn't his best but it is fun). Caper movies like the Italian Job and the Ocean Movies are fun. Dramas The Lives of Others is intense, The Departed, Memento. Thrillers/Horrors Ghost Ship, 30 days of night, 28 Days later. Crossover movies like Shaun of the Dead (a zombie comedy), action comedies like Bad Boys 1,2 or plain action like Casino Royale, Quantum Solace, Bourne Supremacy/Ultimatum, the continued series of comic movies like The Dark Night, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull etc they are not amazing but they are fun to watch without the need of intense concentration. Romantic comedies like Something has got to give and Love Actually, and cartoons like Spirited Away are suitable for adults. I did not put in any new releases as movies vary and may not be available in some areas. Have a fun night.
