Hypnosis to assist IVF  | |  About to start my first treatment cycle in IVF and a little worried about the emotional and physical stress involved with it all, I spent many hours on the internet and on forums trying to find out how to improve our chances. I quite regularly came across the suggestion to use hypnosis during IVF to relax more and therefore increase your chances.
I have bought a CD with IVF Hypnosis, but now I am not sure if it is worthwhile even trying. It surely won't make a difference to the treatment, right? But then, I've got nothing to lose neither.
What do you think? Have you used hypnosis through IVF? Did it help you?
