Try to enroll yourself in a voice lesson class. Everyone can sing, it differs only in the quality of one's voice

Initially have faith in yourself.. and don't take words from anyone who hurts you. And try try again..until you reach your level best. Have in mind that " Practice makes perfect", so practice well. So we are all expecting a new MJ from you.. all the best...

first, try to listen the songs that you like and listen carefully how the singer singing the song, learn it over and over til you can. most people have trying this method, like sometimes singing in the bathroom:p. but this method makes you imitate the real singer voice but don't worry if you love singing so bad you will find out the way. secondly, go to karaoke bar often to improve your voice..:), take a musical/singing lesson-class. if you want it free just search through the internet for singing lesson on google and YouTube. Plus, if you already feel confident enough with your voice try make a band!:)

well, i think asking someone who is good at singing with u and go to KTV more frequently might helps..bcz practise makes perfect

I've learnt classical singing professionally. If you have not joined in the classes, don't worry a lot. It does helps but enhancing your voice quality without learning is also possible. Concentrate on the low nodes of your vocal chord for as long as possible and then again do the same. Do this every day for atleast and hour and you will find the change in quality of your voice within a week.

well colthrtz, singing, is the same to other activities, if you want to do it well, you will have to take pains to pratice. I think it will be a good idea if you can go to KTV often, and pratice your singing there, and try to record your voice, and listen your own voice, so that you know what's the drawbacks of your singing skill

I believe that singing is a skill, not a talent, no one is born with that so - called "gift". I can say that it is a skill because it can be learned. Maybe having a good quality of voice is the talent but as long as you can produce the right pitch that corresponds to the right note of the song you are singing, YOU DEFINITELY KNOW HOW TO SING! I know how to sing but I am not a good singer according to some strict standards of ballad singers, how did I do that? PATIENCE and PRACTICE.. Nothing beats practicing your favorite song first inside your comfort room, then, to a smaller crowd, and your skill will be developed, and CONFIDENCE and STAGE PERFORMANCE will follow. But the true challenge here is do you have the guts to take the challenge? DETERMINATION dude, you will need a lot of it. BELIEVE that if I can do it, you can also. IF THERE'S A WILL THERE'S A WAY.

For two years, I was a voice major in college. It was a tough concentration. Voice lessons are difficult, if you are expected to study classical music, which is what most of them are based upon. In addition, you will most certainly need to be able to sight sing the music you sing. Therefore, you must be able to read music and sight sing accurately and reasonably quickly to stay with the tempo of the muscic you will be assigned. Since you will have to practice the music with piano accompanining your vocals, you will need to play piano reasonably well and up to the speed of the pieces you are practicing on. If singing well is a priority, try a college that offers it, however, beware of how high their expectations of their students may be. Ask if you need to be able to play piano or read music, etc. Otherwise, you will need to have some expertice in piano, music theory, and reading/sight singing music. If singing is not a priority to you, skip the vocal lessons and the frustration.
If, on the other hand, you still want to sing well for your own pleasure and other's enjoyment, try some of the voice coaching CD's or downloads online. You can learn keyboard that way as well. It is much less demanding than formal voice lessons and a smidgeon of the price. In the end, you will be able to sing well enough to sound good and stay on pitch. Happy singing from a mellow mezzo.

As you have knew that all the peoples would have the skills of the
singing but at the same time we must be do practice well in order to
increase the quality of the singing, that is the reasons most of the
young peoples would go for the music classes in order to develop the
singing skills especially to know the tricks of notes and basic concepts
of the Music. So you have to do lots of practice and also better to go
for the music class if possible, which will helps you to become as a
professional and payback singer. So try your best and be confident you can
also do a good singing in the future and be a professional singer in the
coming future.

Be confident and just sing up! That's my suggestion, but I can't sing well either, and the fact is, I don't sing at all in public but at my home, and I only sing to my wife, maybe it is not singing at all, but voice out some melody...LOL
