Help!!! I can't sleep  |

For about the last three weeks I have been unable to sleep through the night. I will wake up in the early hours of the morning and end up wandering the house aimless because no matter how much I try I can not get back to sleep. I have to be up by 7am to get the children up for school. My restless is also affecting my partner as I am waking him up when I get up he is not the best of sleepers at the best of times and I am feeling very guilty at waking him. Although he is very understanding it is just not fair on him. By about 2pm I am falling asleep on my feet which is not good as I have my children to pick up from school at 3pm and then have to do their dinner. I am also career for my partner and usually the one that holds it all together but I am just so exhausted everything seems such an effort. I am running on auto-pilot at the moment. I even tried sleeping tablets but still woke up in the early hours of the morning. Any tips to get a good night sleep would be gratefully appreciated. What do you do to help you sleep?

Then dont be brooding over that you cant sleep, imagination is sometimes worse than the reality
Then lie down on your bed. Close your eyes and start telling to your yourselves - My feet go to sleep, my ankle go to sleep.. work this up till your head. You will doze off. Remember to do it slowly

moneymakingtoday (1714) | 3 months ago | yes, a glass of hot milk before going to sleep will put u to sleep. i usually sleep late because i am online most nights. i sometimes stay up to 2am and i go by my biological clock and wake up at 6am. when i wake up in the middle of the night, i pray while lying down and fall asleep without finishing the rosary.

Sleep is very important to human's health, I think if you can not sleep for longer time, you may have to resort to the doctor, and get advise from them. I wish you good luck and recover soon.
