hi friend every one requires a job...private/public i prefer government job as there will be no pressure on us because of the work and there will be no late nights and it provides security and also assures job guaranty ...private management make us work more than for what they are paying us..and also there is no security for job and also the company....so i prefer gov...jobs..and what about you?

I also prefer working for the government. There are lots of benefits we can get if we work in a government agency. They also give awards for your service. Service award or community that is. :) I know there are also very good private establishments out there but a government job is pretty cooler than it.

hi ravi i would prefer goverment job , which is responsible. the private companies are harassing people for more output. they make employees to stay back in office even in nights. right now i am working in a private company called infotech-enterprises pvt ltd . i would be very happy if i get a chance to work for a government job.

Personally for me, I think there would be Pros and Cons for both, but you would be expected to do more when you work for a Government or State job, most of the time even county compared to what you do for someone else. Right now I am working for a Cab Company but have tried getting into county jobs. The only thing about some of the other type of jobs are with budget cuts sometimes this could effect your income or job in the other realm as well. So no matter what type of job you are doing if you always remember to just do your Best Good things will happen as well.

In my places being employed in government is a great privileges better than private job. Being employed in the government services entitle a person with a lot of benefits, receive salary on time as the government never run out of funds..Then, their is an examination one need to take to qualify and this is the civil service professional examination...

i tink both are better...government job provides us less salary only if we are less educated but it provides half of our salary after retirement so that the benefit of govn job...Private job provides us chance to earn more money within a few years depending on our education!! In govn job our working timings wil be good but in private jobs,we should work lik donkeys, there is no timings limit nothin...
So the people who wants to earn money more can join private job else we also can join government job which is difficult to get nowadays...

I think it depends on the country. I'm from Bulgaria and sometimes is better to have a private job because of the payment. Some people get paid better in the private sector than in the public. But sometimes the public job ist the better one. For example when your employer does not pay social security.

The work in the private sector is more challenging I guess. You always have to be your best to excel and succeed. There's a limit in what you can earn working for the government. The advantage is it's not a no work no pay situation, you get your monthly salary regardless of whether you are absent or not. While in the private sector, you really have to work hard. Your income will be directly proportional to the work you put in.
cheers!

Now, I agree with you that working in the government setting is better of in a private company. You are always assured that there is security in so far as work is concerned. Companies may come and go.. meaning they might be affected by the economic situation. Though the government is affected, it never closes, so you are always assured that your job is always there. Moreover, due to the standardization, salaries in the government are now better as compared before.

hi ravich well I used to think that way about gov. jobs
'but county government jobs will hold your wages without'increase if they are short of funds and also may cut your hours too
so no I think if I were to work again, which I am not, I would
'go to the p rivate sector for work.
