Do you blog?

Hi,

I blog. I have about $40 I haven't cashed out from Google adds. That is probably over a six month period...if you can get your friends to be clicking on adds, you can do well. My blog is listed on my profile if you want to take a look. It is just about life. I really enjoy blogging...if you do check it out...don't forget to click on the adds!:-)

Hi Kykidd. Actually I have just recently become interested in blogging. Currently I am only blogging on my website about Affiliate Marketing because it ties in with the other content on my site. I am still researching the subject but am becoming more and more anxious to try and learn how to blog for money. I love to type, talk, learn new things, share knowledge, etc. and I can get quite oratory at times, so I think I would do well at blogging. I will be watching this progression of your discussion in hopes of learning a few insightful tidbits about blogging for cash. Thanks for starting this one.

I reaaly just blog to share tips and resources, but I do have Adsense on my blogs and every cent helps when you're a single mom with no vhild support lol!

Hi There, I do blog to earn only money by putting adverts on my blogs. Your blog should be unique one and have your own views and not copied view from other websites or blogs so all the best and create your blog.

i have 3 blogs... but concentrating much on one.. since google adsense was stopped in india, am not able to make much money through it. but am earning by writing reviews of various products..

Blogging is awesome, so of course I blog. I have too many blogs to handle actually and am dropping a few the next time their domain renewal comes up. Sorta over extended myself.

I don't have good luck with them. I work hard for what they earn me, no luck involved.:)

Well okay I did have some luck with one blog, a travel blog. I only put private label rights articles on it and over the few years it has been going I have only put a couple of my own articles on it. But it makes me over $100.00 US a month.

Needless to say, but I will say it anyways, is that after that 'lucky' blog kept earning over $100 a month I decided to start two more travel blogs. They are still new so it is too early to say if they will do the same.

I have blogs in all stages from days old to a couple of years old.

I make the most money through affiliate marketing and I make the most affiliate earnings on the blogs where I talk about my hobbies.

The funny thing is I have a web site about making money online and I earn nothing from it. People that read and learn from it are trying to get their own online business going and aren't interested in buying.

My Blogging Tip: Stay away from the make money market. It's a tough nut to crack. Instead pick something you know something about and enjoy, like I do fishing and gardening, and then start a blog in that niche.

Don't stray off topic as that is a blog killer and you won't be likely to make money.

Next, after keeping your blog on topic, start blogging until you have about 100 unique readers a day. Once you hit that mark you can start adding a little advertising. I like using affiliate marketing for this but I like to also use a site like shrinkURL.com to mask my link.

I like to add links in my posts that direct visitors to affiliate products that are relevant to that post.

I also like to add a very attractive add about the sidebar.

I don't like to make my blogs look like an ad center as that turns me off. I do have a couple of blogs I diliberately add too many ads to. This is so I can test to see if other turn away from pages like that.

Then, once you have started to earn some income on that blog start a new one in a slightly different niche.

Example: I started a backyard gardening blog and once it started to earn I started another one on vegetable gardening and then I started one on great garden recipes.

I did the same thing with a few other hobbies, but it all started with the first blog gaining some success.

I am blogging about my own life,my son's life and my family.
I love writing and blogging is a good hobby, It helps to improve my writing skills and also my English.

I started to blog about two years ago and I really fall in love with the blogging world.

Compared with people who start a blog just for peosonal interests, I run blogs based on various reasons.

When I started my first blog, I want to share my tips and experience about the life, the Internet and making money online. Some newbies wanting to make money online may benefit a lot from my first blog. Then, I started my second blog with a niche "browser". Yes, it is a browser blog covering web browsers news and reviews about all web browsers. As my first English blog, I was running the blog just for making more money.

Hello kykidd. I have never blogged so far as I have not a clear clue about it. To me, mylot is something like a blog as I can write something here that happens to me. I have read to find out that all the responders above mine are bloggers for different reasons and it seems that they like blogging. I hope some day it will interest me as well. No time for me to be make a blog,so i never worried about the blog, sometimes i will post discussions which were happened on me at mylot, that's enough,in my opinion, make a blog always need to spend more times and keep on working hard. so that i'm not sure that i can be do well.good luck and have a nice day!
