How soon when You Wake Up you feel to have break Fast?  | | I have a tendency to pass a lot of time before taking Break Fast, but it might not happen with many, so what is your criteria in having your Break fast?

Even then, most the time all I have is a fruit or a yogurt. I see people eating donuts first thing in the morning and I think YUCK! I don't know how they can eat that so early. I think my body just isn't ready to eat as soon as i get out of bed... especially since I'd usually rather stay in bed:)

There have been a few days when I have felt slightly hungry when I woke up, but most of the time I feel like I can quite happily wait a few hours before needing to eat. However, I try to eat breakfast every morning because it is suppose to kick start your metabolism for the day and keep you slim.

| | 5. hellcowboy (4850) | 3 months ago | This is an interesting discussion,and they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives you the energy to start your day,and I am sure that different people have their breakfast at different times,me and wife have slim fast for breakfast every morning unless we run out and then we have yogurt or something else that is healthy and we always have it within like an hour of us waking up and it holds us over until lunchtime since it controls hunger for four hours,which helps us not snack between breakfast and lunch,have a great day,good luck with your life,and all of your mylotting goals,and Happy Posting.
