Today is my day to relax and take a break from work. Why do I still feel so stressed out. I really need to learn to enjoy my days off. But I just tend to dwell on my bills and the fact that I cant pay them. The only job in town is the job I took and the pay doesnt even come close to covering my rent. So on my days off I have to rack my mind on how to come up with the rest of the money. This has been going on every day off. I hope this economy turns around soon so I can find a better job. It really is sad when the only jobs available or ones that dont pay much and you cant afford to pay the basics.

Hi moneymommy.
Well, I know in this economic situation that unpredictable.
Its hard to find a good job to accommodate our needs in life everyday.
Sometime I also face the shortage problems when it comes to end of month.
Its very stressful when we don't have enough money to buy things.
I'm just a student but now I having an entrepreneurship.
I make a practical at IT company and I know its hard to earn a penny.
Well, its just my opinion. Have a nice day!

Unfortunately this is happening too often, and there is really no more help unfortunately unless you have kids. Truthfully it does make us wonder when the Economy is ever going to get better and things are going to turn around. There continues to be more Job layoffs, and set backs where it is hard to make ends meet and even when the $$ is there things continue to rise with no end in site as well. All I think you can do is Pray and Trust God to help see you through until something better comes along or a help in supplimenting your income as well.
Have you considered finding Writing sites or such and see if that can help? Maybe even find other ways to make some Extra $$ as well. Like find something you can do to earn Extra $$ around your neighborhood, etc. Wishing you the Best.

They say that the hardest thing to do when worrying it to stop worrying. And this tends to be so true of a lot of people. As a therapist, I have lost count of the number of times that clients have said to me, "I try to stop worrying, but I can't!".
My answer to this, it to quit trying to stop worrying. Get a large sheet of paper and pen and write down all the worries as they come to mind. Just keep writing and writing. What usually happens here is that suddenly, the mind will go blank as if it's spent everything. This then, is an opportunity to write down something positive and optimistic of how you would like things to be.
For some people, this takes a very short amount of time, say around 20 minutes, others sit writing for an hour or more, but a very high percentage of my clients who use this method say that is works. The problem is that sometimes, the mind sees what they are going to do and produces a barrier of thoughts about not bothering to do it.
