health conditions,what's wrong with you?  |

 i suffer from a few health problems and so do some of my friends,it's weird how some people have lots wrong with them and others never even get ill with a cold,anyway my question is What do you suffer from?
here are my health conditions;
depresssion for 14 yrs
fibromyalgia for 6 yrs
hypermobile all my life(not hypermobility syndrome)
m.e/cfs for 2 yrs

I refuse to use all the medications and stuff that they say i should use, simply because, it is not beneficial, and most of it leads to other illnesses etc. So, i take my vitamins, eat healthy foods, and do my best to stay in the best possible health that i can.

Here its not as much as in your case. I wa diagnosed a diabetic in 2006 and have a nasty herniated disc since 2008 and thats it. I am mid 40 and hope it will be a long time till more appears on the scene here.

LOL. its does not mean I dont get sweets there are a lot of fine sweets suitable for us diabetics made with artificial sweeteners and they almost taste as if they were regular made with sugar. | |
