I know the fast way to lose weight, don't eat anything for a week, you'll lose a lot of weight. Wait a minute, it is fast but it is not safe.. sorry*just kidding* lol. I think the best way to lose weight is doing exercise like gym, aerobic, swimming, or just jogging. It helps a lot to keep our body healthy and keep our weight stable at the same time. Only one problem, I am too damn lazy... blushdoh

I want to gain weight. It's not like I'm not happy with my physique, I just want to add maybe 10-20 lbs more. I'm naturally skinny. I have tried a product that says gain or lose weight safely but that did not work for me either. From a skinny person's point of view, the best way to lose weight is to eat less. Your body only consumes the right energy for it to function, the rest turns to fat. The reason fat people remains fat is because they're eating more than their body needs. The sad fact is they give in to their hunger pangs. I have colleagues who kept on complaining on their gaining weight but they are not just doing anything with their diet. Or is it just their way of telling people "hey I'm aware that I'm gaining weight, but I just can't control my eating". There's nothing in being fat, In fact I like my wife to be fat, although she's not. But when you're obese, you have to do something about it for your health's sake.

Hi there, I'm also a fat guy now and i found in recent two year my weight is shooting up because of the long-time sitting in front of computer without any exercise. I really wanna lose my weight now, but there is a saying that easy to be fat but difficult to lose, so I think there is no a way to lose weight fastly & safely, and the means and drugs to lose fastly advertised on TV or Internet are mostly unhealthy ways and harmful to body, the only way is to do exercises and have a regular diet with little fatty foods, step by step, hehe:)

In addition to the fact that it isn't really that safe to lose weight quickly, it is also true in the majority of cases that if you lose weight too rapidly, you are less likely to keep the weight off.

That said, I've lost a fairly good amount of weight this year and the way that I did it is by drinking lots and lots of water and exercise. I'll jog, ride my stationary bike and also play Wii fitness games. I don't have money to join a gym so I do what I can for cheap.

I agree with you Ms. Doran! More water and regular exercise including the use of fitness equipment like that stationary bike help a lot to lose weight gradually. Water will not only help us lose weight but will also cleanse our body and make our skin looking good.

the two best things you can do are limit you diet and regular exercise. for some people its hard to do so if you need to, ease your way into a routine. i would suggest start by taking out one thing that is particularly fattening out of your diet and each week take out one more. start jogging. at first 10 minute at a time then increase that when you feel comfortable. then just stick to it.
