Regular internet can enhance the intellectual?

I do agree with you. The internet is like a giant library full of resources and information. If one was to go and sit at the libraray and read 5 hours a day I am sure one would get smarter. I am finding this writing great practice for my writing skills and for my intelligence and confidence as a writer. The media versions of viewing on the internet offer different ways of learning for people that may have had trouble learning through reading. You can listen to information or view it or read it so you use more of your senses when learning through the internet. It is much easier to research information too, therefore the information comes to us quicker.

exactly,computer has become more and more important for our work and study,and,in a sense,it is a vital part of our daily life.although i am not sure whether it makes one smarter,personally,i use it everyday for my work and in fact,i rarely read newspaper or watch tv at present,intead, i got all the information,movie,music,etc from the internet.

I learn every day from accessing the internet. I write articles to make some money and do a LOT of research! I also look up things I read about in the news and various customs and views that I see here in myLot. Your brain is a muscle, use it or lose it! At least, that's what they say. I use mine a lot!
