 Why always everything in my changes for bad? I am now having the crippled, worse manager in this project. whatever hard work I do, it is negated. Plus he is also bend at finding fault at me. Just like today in the morning he humiliated me by saying and accusing me without any issues.It is very bad. when I tried saying something, he was just not ready to listen. In this company even escalating the matter have not worked well. I wonder why I am always facing these worse people.

This should be happening in every office across the world where people from diverse backgrounds, personalities, ambitions and egos huddle together under one roof to co-ordinate to make things happen.

In our life, we would always find someone like the person you mentioned. We just can't avoid people like that. You are very blessed because you are not like that person, and it is your chance to prove to him and to your other office mates that you are the best in your job. PRAY that this person would change and treat this person well, don't say bad things about him in the office, and in time, this person will change his attitude towards you. Remember, these are just trials to make you stronger and better.

What happened with you is nothing new.It happens with other people also.Unfortunately,such managers get away with a bad attitude since they have a good rapport with their seniors.
I believe that you need to carry on with your work and not worry since you are not wrong.I hope that with time that manager of yours would come to senses and behave properly .
