do you use energy drinks?

there are a lot of different energy drinks out in the market today. some are already ready to drink and some are in powdered form. they all claim that they will give you a boost of energy if you drink them.
have you ever tried drinking energy drinks like these? do they really give you a boost of energy?I have tried drinking energy drinks but for me, they dont really give me any added energy. i still prefer a cup of coffee to give me my energy boost for the day.

i blurred the name of the energy drink a bit so as not to think that this is a commercial. lol

(i was confused writing your name until i realized that it's Tagalog lol lol )

anyway, I am a player and my team would usually go out of town to compete. we would travel at night and arrive on the playing field early morning and play without enough rest and sleep. We usually have energy drinks like redbull to keep us active and not sleepy. I admit it has helped me a lot but i know there is a side effect so we just drink it when necessary.
oh, redbull would really make someone sleepy if you take it before you sweat. the technique is, we drink it after the first game and not before the first game starts.

lol. i get a lot of comments about my name. anyways, i guess it is necessary for active people. the construction worker in my neighbourhood keep on buying Cobra energy drink and they say that it really does increase their energy level. well considering their work, i guess they really do need it. thanks.

it sounds like a japanese name at first till i visited your profile energy drinks are really needed by people working in active jobs but the side effect i heard is that it makes aging faster since your body doesn't release the real energy but it always depends on these drinks. i don't know if it's really true, but i avoid it when not really needed.
