Hanging around people who smoke doesn't help either. Try to help fellow smokers by helping each other not to smoke. Will power is hard but not smoking is better for your health. Enjoy life, not cigarettes.

Not only cigarettes, as well throw matches, an ashtray and everything associated with smoking. Currently you are no longer a smoker, so you do not need it anymore. Do not try to try to find a replacement nicotine-containing cigarettes. Many are sold on the market that contain gum nicotine so you can be free from cigarettes, but you will be more bound by nicotine. Indeed many experts who advocate this way, only to be done in accordance with the advice and the right dose. Exercise and drinking enough water will help you forget about cigarettes. This activity will make your body healthy and helps add remove toxins and bad materials from the cigarette out of the body. Exercise also makes you forget about cigarettes because exercise fun sport especially when done in an environment with many people so you can get along well.

You have to reduce it gradually and finally you stop smoking for your life term. Think something pleasant something which divert your mind when you have an idea to smoke. This will work and have some meditation and drink more water this reduce some hazards produced due to smoking.

Then obiously, its easy to quit smoking. I am sorry to say this, stopping cigar, is never been so easy. However, nothing is impossible, as every one say. Try to be away from smoke for atleast 21 days. You will be habituated out of smoking. So you can continue the remainings days, with out a cigar. Hey I am not kidding, its damn truth man. Not only in case of cigar, what ever it might be, if you want to habituate some thing, do it continuesly for 21 days. You will be habituated for that. I have many practical examples for this theory.

Stop buying them tell your family and friends what you are doing and tell them you need their help. When they are with you and you go get a pack of cigerattes have them stop you. Tell them to tell you..NO you are quitting. 2nd. Get rid of the ashtrays the papers what ever is related to smoking. Freashen your home to get rid of the stale cigarette smoke smell. Invest in gum and twizzlers. When you get the urge...grab a twizzler and keep it in your mouth and get on the computer and start playing a game...etc. You will find yourself more and more forgetting that you wanted a cigarette. Inform your family and friends while your going through withdrawls to please help you and be patient with you because you will go through major withdrawls and its not something you'll be able to purposly control. Sometimes your mood swings will happen and you will not realize it until its already done. If you feel that you can not be around your friends that smoke...don't be until your confident or ask them politely "Hey can you wait until we are out of the car to smoke? The smell is making me sick..."if they don't respect that then I would advoid being around them till your over it...and explain to them why..... they don't want to NOT smoke around you so being your trying to quit your doing it with out them around. Make since? Limit yourself on how much you smoke at the begining. For some they can't quit cold turkey..if you find your one of those I would then try backing off slowly. I limit myself. I first limit when I smoke...after I have my first meal of the day......... I can't stand the smell of smoke when I am waking up and I can't stand smoking or the smell when I am in bed.....I can't smoke after 10pm I can't smoke if I haven't brushed my teeth. These are my limits that I have that help me control my smoking. Unfortuantly..I have two teens right now...they do not want me to quit smoking...LOL Smoke a cigeratte or after each time you eat... 3 times a day..3 cigarettes a day.:-D Start by figuring out when is the highlighted time you smoke.. have one cigurette at that time..... Next I don't smoke at work..if I do its ONE after lunch...then one on my way home...and I keep myself busy during the evening....and then have one after dinner..and then I am of to bed..... that is starting off with 3 cigerattes. I have done this and now I can go a full day with out a cigeratte and still be around my mate that smokes a pack a day.:-D Good luck to you though.

I don't know, whether this advice will work for you or not... but, why not if you really have strong will?
