What did you say to avoid the speeding ticket. How did you act when he/she pulled you over?

Yes I got out of the first speeding ticket and only time that I have been stopped. I was going 42 in a 30 mile zone. I didn't even realize it. The cop stopped me I gave him my info and he then came back and said I will just give you a warning this time. Just slow down and becareful he said. I was so grateful that he didn't give me a ticket. I was surprising very calm but mad at myself for not realizing that it had changed from 45 to 30 mile zone.

Yes. A highway patrol officer gave me a warning. He gave me a warning because he seen all the other speeding tickets I already had, lol. He was very kind for giving me a break like that.

I've gotten out of a couple. The first was when I was a teenager and I cried & told the cop that my dad would take my license away for a whole year so he felt sorry for me. Another time, when I was older, I became a babbling idiot and the cop gave me a warning just to get me to shut up and go away.

Unfortunately yes, I've been pulled over twice. I really had to hold back the tears each time, let me tell ya! The crappy thing is that each time I was pulled over/ticketed I wasn't really going that fast, but I was speeding in an area with a low speed limit. Each ticket was very similar - I was going around 50 in a 35. You'd think I would've learned my lesson the first time! Both of those happened when I was younger though and in college. Now a days I'm a lot smarter about my driving. I don't ever speed anymore and if I do, it's typically an accident and I got a little over but then catch myself and slow back down. I don't have the money to be paying those tickets these days! They're expensive!

The first time I was pulled over, I freaked out. I didn't do it on purpose, I just did. I think the cop felt sorry for me because I was only 17. He gave me a warning.
