Crying is better for health and mind?

I think,yes that crying could be helpfull for health of body and mind.Crying is expression about your feeling or emotion.I think,as human,sometimes we need to cry.But,we should be manage our emotion when crying,we should be carefull because if it too over,could make us headache and of course it's not healthy for body and mind.

I believe it that crying is helpful for our mental and physical health. I search Internet and many articles testify my judgement is right. And I see a funny statement that women always live longer than men is just because of their preference for crying. I accept it with some discount, how come it happens our excellent attribute of being brave lead to the element of our shorter life-span. And scientist said that the tears would drain away some toxic substances in our body, so crying is also one of the self-protection mechanisms. After crying, we feel refreshed and the feeling of depression will disappear temporarily.
