haha yeah i have been there. i used to play field hockey, and yeah for real there is not padding unless you are the goalie, okay you're only like allowed to wear shin pads, that is all the protection that you get while playing. i love field hockey, as far as contact sports go, it is pretty awesome and athletic.

The Cannucks are horrible this year, they better get going are they won't make the playoffs, normally I would say yeah it's early but so many teams in their division an conference got better.

Avalanche,Blues,Coyotes all got better, an maybe the Kings an Oilers all of a sudden those 8 spots look hard to reach if you get behind early.

there is actually something here called hockey night in canada it is awesome, hours and hours on one of the channels dedicated to hockey. they are even trying to come up with a new hockey anthem, so far it is down to 3 cheers, guess we'll see how it goes.

I used to root for the Coyotes and The Pens.I stopped with the Coyotes because the reasons had gone.I started because Jeremy Roenick played for them and later because of Great One.Now they both are gone.As for the Pens? Last years playoff match up with my Caps,I started to see I didn't like The Pens as much as I should. I am happy that Mario is doing well but that's it.I hope there are no hard feelings with me being a Caps fan.ps. Speaking of underdogs. that feeling is the reason I started rooting for the Flames.The very first hockey game was a Flames-Blues match up. A Blues player either hooked or crossed checked a Flame and from that moment on I loved the Flames and hated The Blues.

I saw most of the game. I'm sorry. when we scored the first goal was happy for me ans sad for you. I was hoping for a tie! It seemed to be a good game until that fluke goal! Did you see it? I didn;t see it live. when I saw the replay I couldn't believe it! I left when the caps were up 5-2. I think you do have a good team Any team with Kovachuck on it won't be underdogs for long.

I saw that the Thrashers lost to the sharks but only by one point! That tells me they won't be underdogs for long.A Real bad team wouldn't been able to score 3 on the Sharks.

I love hockey too!!! I'm a big Carolina Hurricanes fan!! Me and my friend go to the practices sometimes. The team is very personable. Love having a hockey team in the south. Its all I watch on TV. Love it!!

You will love seeing it in person, every gf I ever had went one time and loved it, even if they cant stand to watch it on tv, they love to go to the games, all my ex's still go to hockey games.
