 When i login in to my paypal account, I was shocked to see that unverified member of paypal. I don't know how to become verified member of paypal. If you have any idea, feel free to share.

1.  joy_evaldez (211) | 3 months ago |  Hi! To be a verified member, you must have a debit or credit card. Fill in the card details in there and it will prompt you that your details is already recorded. However, verifying your account will still be pending until you get the 4character codes of paypal which will be printed out on your billing statement. Forget to tell you that they will get certain amount on your account to prove that it is really your credit/debit card.
Paypal will refund the said amount but will put it instead on your paypal amount once you did the verification. Verification is simple, just look on the 4characted codes in your billing statement. Log-in to your paypal account and key-in those codes and viola, your account will be verified!

3.  gicolet (773) | 3 months ago |  There must be an easier way to get verified these days but in 2007 I was required to call Paypal and they asked me the last 4 digits of my social security number. They just basically wanted to know that I was the owner of the bank account and credit card that I tied up with Paypal. I think within an hour or so after that I got verified.

You can still receive money to yourpaypal account and also make purchases by providing credit card information. I had made purchases without the verification. Its up to you if you want to be verified or not. If you want to be verified then follow the first response of this discussion.
