Would you consider rejection is good thing or bad thing?

In terms of love to be rejected early can save hurt later. In terms of life constructive rejection can build, but constant or unfounded rejection and wound terribly.

I think negativities what we face, we must treat them as the challenges. Rejection is not like you have lost everything. There are many kind of rejections. An example is like a father deny his son for cigarettes. Here, the rejected response is for the sake of wellness of the child.
Some times we have to curb ourself to get what we were looking for for some reasons. But never get tired of all these things is what I learned from life. Keep learning is my rule of living.

in term of work i feel sad if my boss rejected my proposal or project but it gives me courage to pursue what i like and prepare my project well so that nexttime it would never be rejected anymore.i will look it as a challenge and a good thing to start it over for better work.in terms of love,rejection is painful when you love that person but you just dont love him back it is painful and bad thing but we learn from it and it gives challenge how to deal situation like that.so i can say it is both.

I read your discussion and the first thing that came to mind for me was the slogan, Where one door closes, another one opens. I believe that everything happens for a reason. I may not like the out come of the situation now, but later on down the road I find myself realizing that if that situation hadn't happened then I wouldn't be in the situation I am in now, which is better. Do you follow what I'm saying. Yeah, rejection is a hard thing to deal with, especially if you work as a salesperson. It's an constant thing, but got to keep going. I consider it a good thing because I agree with you. The next time I am to achieve my goal I will work harder, and that's always a good thing, right. Rejection can be a bad thing if the person takes it to heart, and doesn't decide to pick themselves up and keep going. Depends on the person and what they choose to tell themselves. Personally, I think rejection sucks! Of course, any sane person wouldn't exactly like it I suppose. The thing is not whether or not the rejection is good or bad, it's whether you take the chance or not, at least in my opinion of course. I mean, say you have a crush on some dude (or girl) and you've liked them for some time, but will you ever ask them out? Or would you be too afraid of rejection? If someone writes a book, makes a CD album, or pretty much does anything, there's always going to be the chance of rejection. Life is full of taking these chances, you have to grab hold of it, even if you're scared! You only live once! ... supposedly ...
Oh, p.s. Yeah, I guess rejection is good in a way, because you learn from it. To me, it's not a very black and white situation, it's more in the gray shades, but then again everything is to me ...

il cant say rejection is a good thing or bad thing coz it depends upon how i been rejected....yah its true it hurts coz we usually cant accept the rejection it touches our pride and ego...and through the denial that we been rejected thats the time we get hurts...but after we can get over with it and correct and improves our selves and found out the reason why we been rejected we will correct our mistakes that maybe next time we will nah be rejected..

In some way rejection is a bad thing because rejection to some people can create self-esteem and less confident. But for my personality, rejection is a good thing because it makes me more a strong person. I always strive for excellence and never mind other people.I always learned from the rejection.

Actually, rejections could be a good thing if you see it in a different perspective. It will encourage you to do better, aim for best and possible avoid rejection the next time around. Sometimes we just have to learn the hard way to get things done.

You are precisely correct. Rejection is like criticism. It can be good or bad depending on how you take it. Every rejection or criticism must be taken in the good side and as a motivation to work harder. The rejection is always a room for improvement.

For me, whenever there is rejection or criticism towards me, I would swallow it and do something about it then prove them wrong my very best. I take it as a challenge.
